Ms. Rakshya Giri is a licensed advocate of the Nepal Bar Council since 2018. She completed her Masters’s degree in Constitutional law from National Law College and a Master’s degree in Political Science from Tribhuwan University. 

She is currently working as Legal and Compliance Head at Esewa Money Transfer Pvt. Ltd which is a subsidiary company of F1soft International Pvt. Ltd. She is also acting as company secretary of Esewa Money Transfer Pvt. Ltd. Beside that, she is also a lecturer of Nesfield International College and NIMS College. Ms. Giri also acts provide legal advisor to few reputed consultancies.

She worked as a Program Assistant in the Peace Monitoring project at Collective campaign for peace. She is an associate legal officer of Shree Bindabashani Law firm situated at Putali Bazzar of Syangja district. Along with legal documents drafting, she represents her clients at the lower court and higher courts. Ms. Giri completed a legal internship in the ‘Access to Justice Project’ from the United Nations Development Plan (UNDP) Nepal. Moreover, she collected the experience of working as a legal intern in the National Human Rights Commission, Regional Office Pokhara. Ms. Giri worked as a district focal person for Kaski district for a project of Asia foundation from the year 2016-2017.

Apart from this; she is involved in several non-profit organizations for the last five years and more. She is a former vice-president of Youth Thinkers’ Society Pokhara, Volunteer Coordinator of Collective Campaign For peace (COCAP) Western Regional Secretariat, a member of Human Right vigilance Committee and worked as District Focal Person for Kaski. She has excellent leadership and supervising skills and has organized several awareness campaigns during Law School. She is a highly disciplined and hard-working individual looking for a responsible position to gain good experience.
