The Tutor of the Month contest recognizes tutors who exemplify professionalism, teaching excellence, and a strong commitment to student success. This initiative encourages high standards and rewards those who consistently deliver outstanding learning experiences.
Contest Timeline

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum of one completed booking within the contest month.
At least one verified student review (rating and feedback) received during the month.
Fully completed and professional tutor profile visible on the platform, including qualifications, subjects, experience, and photo.
Active tutor status with no unresolved complaints or policy violations.
Consistent demonstration of professionalism in communication and teaching.

Nomination & Selection Process
Data on eligible tutors is automatically gathered from platform records.
Admins shortlist tutors meeting minimum requirements.
A panel reviews shortlisted candidates’ profiles, feedback, and session quality.
The winner is selected by consensus or scoring among panel members.
The winner is privately notified before public announcement.
Rewards & Recognition
Title of “Tutor of the Month” with a digital badge displayed on profile.
Certificate of Excellence issued digitally.
Featured on Prosikshya homepage and social media channels.
Monetary rewards Rs 10,000, platform featuring, or other incentives as determined.
